Triyar Hospitality is developing a five-story, 136-room aloft hotel in Tempe, Arizona. aloft is a Select Service lodging concept recently launched by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. The concept, inspired by Starwood’s successful W brand, is designed to provide travelers a lodging product with a modern style, innovative design, functionality and comfort at an affordable room rate. aloft is intended to serve as a more economical alternative to full-service hotel brands such as W, competing most directly with such other brands as Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn and Hyatt Place.

Consistent with the brand prototype, the aloft Tempe will provide a unique environment that maximizes on space utilization. The rooms and public areas incorporate an efficient design. For instance, in the evening, the front desk, coffee bar and café are transformed into an inviting lounge with televisions and pool tables. The hotel will not have a restaurant however, will offer a self-serve meal area in the lobby for casual dining. Other facilities include an outdoor pool area, exercise facility, gift shop kiosk and 524 square feet of meeting space

Guest rooms at the aloft have spacious 9' ceilings, plush platform beds, free wi-fi, custom amenities brought to you by Bliss Spa, oversize showers, signature coffee and more. re-charge all of your gadgets with our plug and play docking station which also links your computer or your tunes to our 42' flat screen tv.

re:mix,(aloft name for the main lobby) a playful place or quiet space, re:mix has everything you need right within reach, newspapers, pool table, read the paper, free wifi, sip a drink(Wxyz) or pick up a snack(re:fuel)

Wxyz, our bar where you can mix and mingle over drinks, music a snack attack menu

re:fuel, 24/7 grab and go gourmet with light meals, munchies, healthy bites etc. re:charge is our 24/7 fitness center where you can stretch, lift, pump, stationary bikes and elliptical brought to you by Life Fitness

Tactic is our meeting room with state of the art AV and is a place where you can spark new ideas and our "backyard" area may also be used for outdoor events

camp aloft is our kid-trastic adventure with your child's own camp aloft bed-in-a-bag and special treats

arf: animals are fun-and they're family too. our pet friendly hotel for dogs under 40 pounds features an aloft branded bed and bowl and complimentary woof-alicious treats and toys
